"Account AI" and "AI Engine" refer to the same feature: the automated database analysis add-on for Follow Up Ace. It runs in the background across your entire Follow Up Boss contact database — scoring, flagging, and writing intelligence back to your CRM so you (and your team) can prioritize better without more manual work.
The Core Problem It Solves
Most CRMs accumulate thousands of contacts that nobody looks at unless they raise their hand. AI Engine reads every contact in your FUB database, evaluates relationship health, and puts the most at-risk and highest-potential contacts in front of you — automatically, every day.
- Without AI Engine: You rely on filters, memory, or luck to decide who to follow up with. Contacts go cold between decision cycles.
- With AI Engine: Every morning, your team knows exactly which contacts need attention, ranked by urgency and potential.
What It Does (In Plain Terms)
- Scores every contact 0–100 — based on the health of your actual communication history, not arbitrary rules
- Flags at-risk relationships — surfaces contacts whose scores are declining before they go fully cold
- Writes AI insights to FUB as custom fields — so scores, risk levels, and next actions are visible everywhere in FUB, not just in Ace chat

They're complementary, not redundant:
- Ace chat — conversational, contact-specific. Ask about one person, get a detailed answer, take action.
- AI Engine — batch, database-wide. Runs overnight on thousands of contacts, writes results back to FUB so everything is queryable.
The combination is most powerful: AI Engine scores your whole database, and Ace chat lets you drill into the contacts it surfaces: "Tell me more about Sarah Johnson" → full profile, relationship history, recommended action.
