- Draft, then send — Ace always shows you email and SMS drafts before sending. Just say "yes" or "looks good" to confirm
- Be specific — "Create a task to follow up about the Harbor Blvd offer by Thursday at noon" works better than "create a task"
- Access controls apply — if a contact is assigned to another agent, Ace will follow the same access rules as Follow Up Boss itself
